@WWoodyW yes it makes a difference. not much but you can deffenitly see it. and yes wakeboard boats make a big difference. they are only use to make a big ass wake by having more ballist. they have a pump that puts water into the back of the boat and there v drive which means the engine is in the back too. although you don't really need one. i have two friends that have outboard boats 21' they both produce a nice wake. i mostly ride on a 86 prostar or malibu with a fly high and fat sack.itsnice
