i dont quite remember.. but it was part of the software plugin... some sort of particle effect =)

hehe its fairly simple, its using a software called "moho" you can search that up on google and dled a free trial (works fully but renders with a watermark) and it is pretty much done with skeleton rigging. nice and easy! =D
