Hi Mike,

I tried to populate the value in blue column (COGS and Expense column) by selecting the rows as mentioned in the video and using Autosum ("Alt + = "),but it does not populate the values automatically as shown.I had to populate the values manually.Could you please provide assistance in this?

At about 6:20 on the Waterfall Chart video, you say you could have drawn lines to join the bars. Is it possible to have Excel do that automatically? If that would require VBA, do you know of a tutorial that shows how please?

Great video!!, in this case is PL example, but can you make an example considering difference between the real PL vs Budget? considering favorable and unfavorable different balance? I have that task in my job!! How to make the chart with favorables and unfavorables?

great trick! i was wondering if you could tune it up for negative amounts ? it may happen that in some case you may have to put some amnts in negative (deductions, refunds ) so these have to be filled in with an negative amnt. i've tried doing that but these are represented below the 0 bar. could you please advise?
