my brother had a weird doll, it had a timer or something were it would sit still for 45 mins and then all of a sudden sit up,make an evil laugh, and spin it's head. I was sitting in the room myself high as hell, and it scared me to death, i kicked the shit out of it and ran outside were my brother was. He saw the horror in my eyes and laughed his ass off.

It seems to move when there is nobody present, you should have had a locked off camera filming the doll and then went back and retrieved the camera. The story is interesting and sounds like it would be one for further investigation. Somebody with equipment like T.A.P.S. have to monitor the doll when people are out of the house.
