@zimroxx You DO NOT go to a flair bar if you Don't want to see a show. MOST Flair bartenders are VERY FAST when it comes to Service Bartending, and still work in what We call "Working Flair."

If you go to a bar and see the bartender doing flair tricks tell them you want your drink, fast, without flair, and A GOOD flair bartender will have it on the table for you faster than most normal Bartenders. Their flair HELPS their tips(and other perks,) in most cases. Mad Respect to these 2 guys tho.

well, if u have watched his audition then you would know that he wasn't trained. as the judges had said "he was not aware of his talent, he didn't know he had it and he has no formal training." Some people are just born gifted. One example is Charlotte Church... She didn't have formal training to sing opera when she started and she was only 12 or 14.

I went to a party a few weeks ago - these guys were hired to be barmen there. They were absolutely fantastic in real life and also were good fun to talk to when ordering drinks and they did these tricks while making my cocktails.
