First, I must say this is way closer to being a techno track to a house track, but semantics aside...

As someone who's been spinning/producing techno and house for over a decade, I'm really baffled by how popular this song is. The production, balance and sequencing are clean, but let's be real. The groove is decent, not exceptional, not bad. There are no memorable elements to the track, and the vocal sample is as cliche as it gets. How does this make for a #1 track on Beatport?
