One of THE BEST movies ever! There are VERY few movies I can watch over and over and never tire of -- this is one of them. I'm always astounded at the amazing transformation of these three usually "macho" guys (based on their other movies) into three very fine looking ladies. So very funny and yet touching as well. A MUST RENT -- or better yet OWN IT!

This is a very cute movie, but the most convincing in drag is John-Patrick and Wesley have excellent wardrobe and do a good job too, certain scenes never fail to crack me up, but the spousal abuse makes me mad, but when Vida gives him his just deserts, that makes me laugh all over again, and the bigot cop in the end doesn't win either, to readers who haven't seen this, I'm sorry about spoiling it.

If you noticed throughout the whole movie, Chi Chi's character does go from a "boy in a dress" to a "full fledged drag queen".

At the end of the movie you can see her entire presence is different when she walks down to get her crown.

When this movie came out I was like 12 and had no idea what a transexual was...Once I did find out what it was I thought I would have looked at this movie in a different was...but was wrong. Although, it is a bit freaky to see a man dress up in womens clothing. John Legquizamo*, Wesley Snipes, and Patrick Swayze did a damn good job.
