The first "issue" for lack of a better word, is what was available on the creator's website. The forthcoming issues will be new material.

As it is, the download will only be 89¢, so it is downloading even if you have already read the free version will not break the bank.

There will also be a desktop wallpaper included with the first issue, featuring a new illustration. All in all, not a bad value for 89¢.
