To remhel: Why do you insist that Muse is a band for teenagers? A band for teenagers is Panic! at the Disco, The Plain White T's, Hellogoodbye, etc. (Hell, even The Beatles). Muse is incredibly talented, and a stronger creative engine than most other contemporary bands today. They also put on the best live show around, which definitely counts for something.

Energy is not limited only to the youth, and Muse's musicianship, both in the playing of their instruments and songwriting, is brilliant regardless of age. Saw them in Austin. Best live show ever. It's good to see a band that isn't trying to recreate the seventies or late sixties. Or standing around in sweaters and whining about this and that. It's like Kiss wanted to end the shaggy hippie look-although I hate Kiss-Muse has brought back visual appeal as well as tasteful, well composed music. The whole band rocks.

Radiohead are more original and influential but they have nothing on Muse's live performance. Thom Yorke's spastic dancing and Ed O'Brien's pedal dancing pale in comparison to the pure energy and near note-perfect performances that Muse consistently produce.

I've seen Muse three times(Glasgow twice and Wembley stadium) and Radiohead twice(both in Glasgow) and the three Muse shows kicked the shit out of Radiohead's performance. To be fair Radiohead weren't helped by the sound quality of the SECC. It's awful

And like I say, I love Radiohead, in my opinion they are the most influential band in the last 20 years. Muse are the better live band, Radiohead are the better studio band.
