Hello! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many incredible things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hi! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you tried using Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
DUDE! Most people are allergic to dairy- and dont even realize it. I am totally as well. No whey protien either. I guess most scands are not allergic and is probably why he is pushing milk in his book. I mix my protein with diluted almond milk.
should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time
for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this
This is slightly superficial. But I love the color of your kitchen. It's gorgeous. Thanks for the video. When I start to bulk I'll go back to it. Right now I want to lose---I'm too big.
I've seen many videos on YT on the 4hr diet & have to say yours is by far the most informative & level headed commentary & review on it. Basically sounds like the atkins diet but with some spinach on the side. I doubt doing this longterm could be healthy. I couldn't imagine going thru life not eating fruit , salads & other greens. And there are alternatives to the " white carbs" try the wholegrains though in moderation.
@frenchfrye2000 Thx for the clarification. I guess if you're only following this for a short period of time it's OK as a "diet" to lose weight but not particularly as a longterm lifestyle change. I usually try to eat fruit every day or every second day & I think it's hard to replace the kind of enzymes , vitamins , minerals & fibre you get from fruit. I read somewhere that he's also against eating sweet potato which I've heard is one of the better carbs to eat. Whatabout wholegrains?
So true! that's how I can make these videos. If I wasn't so involved in trying to prove "The 4-Hour Body" won't work, I'd quit because of the gas, hemorrhoids, and almost passing out last work out.

@theselector
Thanks for the great comment...
I think you have misunderstood the diet, let me re explain:
Fruit is left for cheat days only (except for avocados and tomatoes)
You are supposed to eat greens with every meal: salads, veges, seaweed, whatever greens u can put inside of u. Broccolli, green beans, asparagus ect.
For losing weight you dont eat carbs except for cheat day. For gaining weight you eat good carbs with every non shake meal. Sorry if I wasnt clear.

you're right to question the healthiness of this diet I doubt the tim what'shisname would encourage anybody to do it all the time
