@tenjinnim bro preludes are where its at. if you know how to drive then your car wont lose any race, i have won so many races against subaru wrx sti's in my honda prelude, its just a faster car depending on what you do with it and how you drive it. i just dont like subaru's. but AWD is a good point, they definitely have that on the prelude

@akabane1984 uhh... like i said... and i tihnk now ur just supporting my comments ... the sti has more torque than the honda regardless... coupled that with an awd ... it is a lot easier to launch the awd than the fwd.... but mainly ... its the awd system... because it is more evenly distributed
@getalife04 lol a frigging mini van could get in the 13 seconds on this DOWNHILL drag strip lmfao. Lets see it dip into even 14 seconds on a straight strip. WRX time is jaded also, it should be getting the time the Honda got on a straight strip depending if stock or not.
@jmcle884 its actually a perfectly level track the downhill part is an illusion its nhra cleared for any type of car to compete on and if it wasn't sanctioned as perfectly level top fuel wouldn't run there. Should research before you make a claim that makes no sense.
@jmcle884 also the altitude density can range into 10k very easily which makes even turboed cars way slower then at sea level even though they make there own atmospheric pressure its still very effected.

@akabane1984 go look at the spec sheet of a subaru sti and compare that to a prelude... and then come tell me which one has more torque...
also it is a lot harder to launch a fwd as oppose to an awd...

STi has way more HP/TQ engine wise.
In terms of WHP, the 2 cars are a bit closer than you think.
It is a lot harder to launch a FWD from a stop. Their strength lies already on the move.
