It is a very nice city full of people who value relationships and are hungry to grow and learn as a society. I was not the fortunate one to have experienced Tirana, my friend was, but she brought me many stories, pictures and videos to share. There are many people from the USA and I'm sure elsewhere that are more than willing and in fact excited, humbled and honored to go to Albania and help that country reach it's potential.
this is not the tallest building in Tirana,there are 4-5 more buildings taller than this
