I give Carola's performance here five stars. This is live???? WOW. I can't imagine what she sounds like in the studio. Thats what I call an EXCELLENT voice. If she came to the US I'm sure she'd be in the rankings with Barbra, Celine, Whitney (in her prime) and Mariah etc. What power. What control. What a tone. Just WOW.
Why does this man scoop his notes like ice cream- and this woman's scream is nothing to Sarah brightman's whispering breath of warmth in a gloss of angelic brilliance. Her belt disrupts though i will say she has a good voice for other songs.
I'm not bashing/trolling but if your not blind you can clearly see Bocelli close his mouth a little too early at 4:23....they're lipsyncing....me out!!

Andrea Bocelli & Giorgia - Io vivo per lei is the best version since Giorgia is much more talented and has so far superior vocal abilities than Judy Weiss.
Just check that version (the original one ) and you'll be amazed !
