These girls are growing up learning they have to be told they are beautiful, wear tons of make-up and dress like barbies and show girls to be beautiful. If she did not walk out there with full make up and a fake bubbly personality, would she win? Of course not. Why can't they be themselves. Because being your self if not being a winner. I do pageants. And I have personally met Eden. I hung out with her all day at a pageant. She's not a snotty little kid, she is very sweet. You don't need to judge somebody if you haven't met them before. Even her mom, her mom is very sweet!

I think that little girls will say whatever their parents tell them to say when they are 4! At four they are scripted in an interview so of coarse they are going say they like doing them! But also, they haven't experieneced anything else! And why do they like it? Because mummy said they look beautiful and if they do everything right she will win a trophy or a 16 hour road trip to the next town with a stop at a waxing house or tanning place along the way??? excuse me this is not what pageants are this is what they want to make you think. Sure there is some crazy mom's somethimes but this is NOT how pageants are! Pageants are fun and teaches you to speak fluently and be a good sport plus we have to learn all our routines so it's very hard work sure we put makeup on because the lights are so bright we would wash out so think what you want to!
