This is perhaps my favorite 30 seconds in any film. Steve Williams looking at the driving officer like he's crazy (while he's frantically spinning the steering wheel), and of course John Candy's chortling "Um . . . we're in a truck!" line, delivered so flawlessly. All set to music now classic as mayhem ensues. They just don't make 'em like this any more! LOL "Thanks a lot." LMAO

@recaulkulous I may be wrong but I think I remember that Chicago was updating their cop cars. And they had all these old cop cars they had to get rid of and or sell and that was the point of destroying all those cop cars. That may be an urban legend but I don't think so.
