This video makes me very sad. Those buildings symbolized so much. I found it very eerie when you panned down to the plaza from the top of the building, considering what happened to many people who were stuck up there on 9/11.
To be honest i dont agree with rebuilding the two towers, imagine working there,in a building that has the same design as the destroyed ones, knowing that someone working in your office in the original towers died during the attacks. Some people are just considered with fixing the skyline again, personally i think the new tower looks nice and the memorials designed are a nice tribute.

when I was first time in new york with my family, i don´t remember what year it was but it was before 9/11 attacks. I was some 10 years old . We were going up to the observatory deck but there was lots of peoples and long lines and we decided we are not going up. The ninety's were a wonderful time for the tri-state area. Everybody was making good money, the technology sector was booming, and general spirits were high. Now when I see NYC, all I see is greed and corruption. i was in NYC in july 2009. visited ground zero, and it really is a wierd feeling you get when you visit there. also the fact that the twin towers were double the height of the buildings surrounding ground zero is truly phenomenal, as the surrounding buildings are also incredibly large when you stand at the bottom looking up.

To be honest i dont agree with rebuilding the two towers, imagine working there,in a building that has the same design as the destroyed ones, knowing that someone working in your office in the original towers died during the attacks. Some people are just considered with fixing the skyline again, personally i think the new tower looks nice and the memorials designed are a nice tribute.

when I was first time in new york with my family, i don´t remember what year it was but it was before 9/11 attacks. I was some 10 years old . We were going up to the observatory deck but there was lots of peoples and long lines and we decided we are not going up. I only remember it when I was standing in lobby, later I feel sad that we didn´t get up there. .

The ninety's were a wonderful time for the tri-state area. Everybody was making good money, the technology sector was booming, and general spirits were high. Now when I see NYC, all I see is greed and corruption. Police officers everywhere you look with horrible attitudes justs looking for their opportunity to strike, whether it's a parking ticket or whatever... It's just a sad place to be now. Nothing can replace those towers or the times that went with them.

i was in NYC in july 2009. visited ground zero, and it really is a wierd feeling you get when you visit there. also the fact that the twin towers were double the height of the buildings surrounding ground zero is truly phenomenal, as the surrounding buildings are also incredibly large when you stand at the bottom looking up.

@jackothespako The Twin Towers were very very tall each 110 story high. The North tower was 1,368 tall and the South tower was 1,362 feet tall. There were 2 observation decks in the South tower. The most beautiful thing about the World Trade Center was the outdoor observation decks. It was so breath taking. The Freedom Tower will never ever be like the original Twin Towers! Never!
