It's a sport. XMA. Exteame Martial Arts!!! Do you complain about gymnastics, dance or just about everything you can't do in general? 1 weeks training with any of these guys & girls, just 1. Let's see how much smack you're takin then. Just cuz you can't do something does not give you the right to go out of your way to make it look/sound bad for the people that can!! Grow up, Get off the couch and do something with yourselves!

It's not meant to be used in a fight. Tricking is the emphasis of the "art" in "Martial Arts". Plus, being a tricker i know most of these guys can kick some serious ass without the fancy flips and twists :P

This is called Martial Arts TRICKING. It's an art form dedicated solely too self-expression. Fighting has nothing to do with it.
