@blewis9505 last week i trained for close to 30 hours for speed skating, everybody else was struggling by the second day, but due tothis i was able to go through the whole week, full-out, with minimal pain... mona vie actually is not affiliated with amway, they were for the first bit, but now have chosen to have nothing to do with amway... i know this works, my entire family and many friends have used it and felt it;s effects
