That's one the of the most uncomfortable interviews I have ever seen. Swearing children, lol... DON'T LET JUVENILES ON LIVE TV!!! Bet Clare wished she'd stayed in bed when she clapped eyes on him. Then the presenter barges in to stop the ship from sinking completely, and a piece of the set falls down behind them! The only thing worth watching was Clare, god bless her. Damn she looked good :)

Alot going on in this clip. Sylvester McCoy at the beginning! A kid interviewer who says Shit on the air! The kid was cracking under the pressure so the woman interviewer had to take over. I guess this was the beginning and end of Clare's solo music career, but at least her acting worked out.

OMG I used to have this very video and interview taped on VHS! Love the look that Clare gives the presenter at 2:42 as if she thinks he's a right twat! Even funnier is when the presenter forgets his lines at 2:50 and says SHIT! LOL loved the song and can remeber buying it an waiting for the album that never came! BOO

Clare is absolutely brilliant & beautiful. Love the interview, especially when the intense kid is running the show. The bit at the end when Clare tweaks his nose is adorable!

I agree though, it's not the best song...just bathed in a bland 80's sheen, that awful guitar and drum sound. The voice remains, though!

Fair play to Clare for trying to re-invent herself but this is just not cutting it. I would say the 86 - 88 period of British music was the worst ever.

As I remember in the 80's there was no retro allowed if you wanted to stay popular so she probably felt this was the only route available.
