nope, these are electric powered.. Gas and Nitro cant rock crawl because it will melt gears or strip it (i think)..

Nitro trucks can rock crawl, the electric are generally better though because of the low speeds they can go at increasing control, nitro trucks usually have gearing which is too fast for rock crawling, also the electric trucks tend to have the weight lower down which helps too

oh thanks for the info. but my local hobby shop told me that nitro cant rock crawl because you will melt the gear or something is that true or something?

i suppose it probably depends on the nitro truck, as different companies use different parts, the 2 my mate has both have metal gears as stock, and he's never managed to strip or melt them, and he's done some pretty decent rock crawling with them. 1 thing that could happen is the clutch could get burnt out on a nitro i suppose

Because it's unreasonable for these scale vehicles. There isn't enough space. That and engines don't have as much torque as an electric motor does, well, at least it's not as controllable.
