Psalm 93:1: Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm ..

Psalm 96:10:He has fixed the earth firm, immovable ...

Psalm 104:5:Thou didst fix the earth on its foundation so that it never can be shaken.

Isaiah 45:18: who made the earth and fashioned it, and himself fixed it fast...

thomasbryn1, I have looked into these issues intensely, and I would like to let you know that a long time ago, I came to the conclusion that God is the real God, He is personal, He did create the heavens and the earth, and He did send His only Son Jesus Christ to die for you. here is some info that might help you in your investigation.

Well, it's a good thing that Christianity isn't a religion then. It's a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. And yes, it says two different things about Judas' death in the New Testament. But if you think about it. They are the same. Could a human body just split open... no. Not without decay. So it is likey that Luk was saying that Judas hanged himself, the rope wore down, and his body fell splitting open because of decay.

you don't need Jesus because He can get you through the bad times. You need Him because if not, you're going to Hell. Everyone would if it weren't for Him. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23. And the only way o escape that is through repent of your sins, and turning from them and calling on Jesus. Romans 10:9 says "That if you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord' and believe inyour heart that God raised Him form the dead, you will be saved."
