This version of the scrapbook is much better than the one we have in Europe. The European scrapbook cuts out the E3 photos, the "Crash in Japan" section and goes by much faster, cutting (as opposed to fading) to the next image every second.

you have to get at least all gold relics to get 101%,but only all sapphire relics are required to get 100% and the scrapbook, PS theres a cheat to unlock the scrapbook to view any time in the menu look it up

They're the default / 'longest' times to beat. The gold and platinum times aren't shown, but if you beat them they'll appear and you'll get that relic... there's no order
