  • I'm taking boxing lessons and all the sudden i got shin splints and running 3-5 miles aday it got to where i couldnt walk and now this exercise along with ankle supports i can run again without the throbbing feeling. Ohhhhhhhhh for all you beginners here's some advice DON'T jumprope on concrete or hard suface use some kind of cushion.
