  • @ninjasway Great video man! I've been doing the normal ab wheel and resently started training for the evil wheels. Wanted to search for a video on how to build up to the evil wheel and after watching this it proves that I've been doing things correctly so far! Once again, great video and great physique!

  • You are good, i can do it also about 15 pure rollouts, but my next level i want to reach is one handed wheel roll out as Ross Enamait does it. Search for his training. He does it with one hand and weighted vest, it is awesome.

  • @aka555ful I know about Ross for more than 4 year now. He is really strong.

    Thanks for watching

  • nice dog! ;)

could you please tell how do you breathe during the exercise? I can't figure it out myself when should I breathe-in and -out etc.

  • @YNWAsinger Breathe-in before the each rep and tighten every possible muscle.

Breathe-out just before finishing the full rep.

  • great video, how many reps and sets do you typically do?

  • @Ethanmillardziegler Between 3-8reps. When 8 is easy I increase the difficulty.

  • oh that's a relief to know. i will definitely try this then. :) and thanks for replying!

  • Yes it's good for women too. Exercises are divided at good and bad.

For women is very hard to build manly shoulders without steroids. Don't worry so much.

Give it a try and you'll see.

  • this video is great! you're a machine! i just wanted to ask if you think this would be good for women to use too? to get toned abs, arms and back? without developing manly shoulder muscles? :)

  • Thank you so much for this video. I have been trying to do the ab wheel standing up for quite sometime now..it is mighty difficult and now, with the help of your video I am sure I will be able to do it soon. This is the best video on youtube on the abwheel. thanks!!!

  • @damieneatsrice I'm super happy that you find this video tutorial useful. From my experience this is the right way to progress and do this exercise.

    Thanks for watching man.
