Wanted to search for a video on how to build up to the evil wheel and after watching this it proves that I've been doing things correctly so far! Once again, great video and great physique!
You are good, i can do it also about 15 pure rollouts, but my next level i want to reach is one handed wheel roll out as Ross Enamait does it. Search for his training. He does it with one hand and weighted vest, it is awesome.
this video is great! you're a machine! i just wanted to ask if you think this would be good for women to use too? to get toned abs, arms and back? without developing manly shoulder muscles? :)

could you please tell how do you breathe during the exercise? I can't figure it out myself when should I breathe-in and -out etc.

@YNWAsinger Breathe-in before the each rep and tighten every possible muscle.
Breathe-out just before finishing the full rep.

Yes it's good for women too. Exercises are divided at good and bad.
For women is very hard to build manly shoulders without steroids. Don't worry so much.
Give it a try and you'll see.
