@XtremeSlayer Well Woman's real life husband at the time was Kevin Sullivan, so I'm sure that he could afford to buy all of her outfits in ECW. Kevin Sullivan was the one who got Woman a job in ECW. Kevin Sullivan would eventually move on to WCW while Woman continued to work in ECW. Kevin Sullivan made a good amount of money, so I'm sure he paid for the outfits.
