give v2 a couple of weeks and then the fun begins...great at first and then its replacement city....sorry to say...yes customer service is great,,,,,,but, you cannot depend that they will work and theprefilled cartos well, they get expensive,,,,,,,ejuice is the way to go......keep on researching and you will find a whole lot of awsome ecigs out there.....i was absolutely in love with v2 as well,,,,,then well, am at the end of the road with them......cant depend on v2 ecigs but CS is great
