1. The price gap between condos and homes - the biggenst drop in condo prices seems to have already happened, which means regular homes will continue to be priced higher

Two things to pay attention to:
1. The price gap between condos and homes - the biggenst drop in condo prices seems to have already happened, which means regular homes will continue to be priced higher
