I recommend Rise to Globalism by Stephen Ambrose and Douglas Brinkley, or American Foreign Relations by Patterson. This guy is a fucking joke that left us with 3 trillion in debt, failures ACROSS THE BOARD in foreign relations, and a total contradiction in terms of the Soviet Union....."evil empire" = best friends with Gorbachev
