  • you guys are truly my heroes i just hope i can serve my country as good as you did ill try my best boys.

  • Dear Byron, my family and I did not even know you but feel such a big loss in your passing. The pride your family must feel in the midst of the sorrow must be overwhelming. I see this video and after all I heard and read about you I feel like i lost a son myself. I hope and pray that in your last moments you were aware of the love all of us feels for you and pray you were not feeling as alone as you probably were. I just hope my boys will become the man you truly were and are. God Bless You!

  • RIP and thanks. These things always get me:(

  • God bless them. Their loss wasn't for nothing. The resttraint we've shown and the kindness we show as opposed to the terrible things the insurgents do to the Iraqi people and prisoners of war will condemn them in this world and the the Iraqi people have already condemned them. God bless these guys... Thier loss will NOT GO UNPUNISHED
