Hey, I saw her too - she was across from us in Hall H on the Thursday. And the hat flashed as well, I remember me and the Line Buddies I was with gave her a round of applause!! Top outfit (right up there with the *babe* who was wandering around wearing Pond's policewoman outfit on the Sunday - oooph!)
@ukdeejay I was wondering how she was going to sit down in that thing in Hall H. It's not like there's a lot of space in that place, and nowhere except the aisles to park her costume.
Did she take it off, or wear it the whole time?
I saw an Amy Pond cosplayer, although sadly she wasn't wearing the policewoman kissogram outfit. :(
@kasperhauseredux ...far as we could see, wore it the whole time. But was gracious enough to turn off and take off the hat during the panels!! Otherwise, we'd have had TWO 'stabbings' in the Hall Of Horror (was in there that Saturday - how bizarre!)
Amy Pond cosplayer - went up and said bravo on her outfit. But made damn sure the new wife didn't see me do it!! SDCC was the centrepiece of our honeymoon, my missus catfighting with a total stranger wouldn't have been a good start, would it?...???
@ukdeejay SDCC is a minefield as a honeymoon destination - far too many hot women dressed in anime costumes, or dressed in very little for that matter.
Even the old standby of wearing sunglasses throughout entire convention, so as to not to alert GF to discreet perving, was scuppered this year by overcast weather.
@ukdeejay Incidentally, I saw a couple of Amy Ponds, including a very attractive redhead in Pond's distinctive black mini-skirt, red pullover outfit whilst lined up for True Blood panel (don't judge me!)
When I complimented her on the accuracy of her outfit, she gave me a puzzled look in return and replied 'What costume?'.
