Might be worth getting some sleeper agents in the police and corporation buildings. They can warn you of imminent raids, letting you shift your men and equipment out of the safehouse before the raid takes place. When the raid happens, it resets the heat and you can move back in. I did that with my last LCS game a couple of times. Didn't have to deal with a single siege scenario.
I recently had some fun with sieges due to getting my entire organization charged with treason.
The best strategy I've come up with is to have my squad of musicians go fight in the slums to raise their dodge skill. Once the siege comes, give them body armor and put them in front. Most enemies just stand around until they turn liberal or get cut down by the covering fire.
Lol would it not be a better idea to fight the cops seen as the team were better fighters than drivers? :p
You should set up another couple of business fronts and move people between them whilst the heat dies down in other places, I think the less people you have per place the less heat it'll gain as well or something!
Instead of using those legal civilian AR-15s try going to the ghetto block and getting guns there. They'll be more expensive, but the weapons you get are much better to my knowledge.
I don't think you're allowed to kidnap anyone armed. You could always get some sort of super musician to try to play music at a guy until he turns liberal.
That's a lot of heat! Just in advance for the inevitable siege - apparently only the police actually 'siege' you, the others raid you and you have to fight/escape.

It might be useful to get some sleeper cops so you're warned if a police raid happens.
Also: kidnapping is much easier if you just date your target and kidnap them at your date.
