  • That was a good set, but why was that guy behind you? You don't need a spotter for the standing press.

  • You should always have a spotter behind when lifting overhead in the gym just in case you have to bail. I've seen guys get pretty hurt when they lose their balance in gyms like this. If it were more open I wouldn't want a spotter for their safety.
