  • Love the video. there is a generic reference to "Idahos" as brown potatoes. Idaho is not a variety, it is a source. About 1/3rd of all russets are grown in Idaho.

  • Gorgeous recipe!

  • That looks Sooooooo Good,But to many Carbs.

  • @koolbossjock Well, I guess if that's all you ate at dinner, it'd be a pretty carb-intense meal, but it looks great as part of a complete meal.

I know low-carb is all the rage these days, but carbohydrate is the body's primary fuel. The key is staying away from highly processed, refined carbs that cause such sharp insulin spikes.

  • @honeybear64 lol..Ya i know all about carbs. What I did find out for me anyway is I can have them but in the Morning to mid morning as I am very active for the rest of the day.Can have pasta to,but not for dinner.I never bought into the governments joke of a food pyramid anyway.I eat what i want when i want it.If i want pasta or mac and cheese in the morning i eat it,but not the amount of what people eat in the evening.I can actualy have more variaty of foods i love but in smaller amounts..

  • way to work around the super-high work surface, wong! that looked uncomfortable.
