if you want to make a quick turn.. you have to rotate both foots 90 degrees. in that way u can turn 360 degrees.. and its very easy to learn.. if your not at beginner :)

it's dependent on how you want to do it, usually I do the way he explains it or sometimes i do a foot over foot motion like the do in speed skating. you do it the way you want just make sure that you are keeping your momentum while turning.
