  • Pile of shit with a badge.

  • "personal use or pounds?"

this cop sounds like a moron.

  • Wow what a complete asshole of a Cop..

  • I would just offer this advice. The next time you have a police encounter, as soon as you feel uncomfortable with the questions, clearly invoke your rights. "I'm remaining silent. I want a lawyer."

  • I didn't see any violation, sorry. If he was really a rights violator, he wouldn't have asked you anything. He would've just did it!!! Cops put their lives on the line everyday pulling over ppl up to no good. You were acting suspicious so he decided to check further into the situation while staying within the legal limits of the law. If you don't like what happened... write your congressman. (or just keep posting vids like this so ignorant ppl who don't know any better can bitch with you!)

  • @jongranderson The officer had no probable cause. You're a dumbass.

  • @phadedlife You are correct. The ofc didn't have probable cause. But PC is needed for a search or arrest in which neither was conducted. The ofc did have Reasonable Suspicion which allows him grounds to temporarily detain a person for investigative purposes to either have those suspicions confirmed (which could lead to PC) or dispelled (the result of this case). Let's remember, this all began with the driver speeding over 20 mph! Learn the law before u start calling othr ppl dumbass.

  • I can't even stand watching this. I feel sorry for you, but even sorrier for this hungry, empty beast called a cop. This is what happens when people don't know their rights or use them.

  • Tuesday424 LISTEN!!! Learn to say "NO!" Don't yell it, but the next time a cop stops you and wants to talk SAY NO! You are not required to show your I.D. to this, or any, cop. You are NOT required to get out of your car, or let him search you! WHAT were you thinking?! DO NOT let a cop search you OR your car or anything...EVER! It is your legal right to not even talk to a cop. Just ask if you're suspected of a crime. No? Then ZIP IT. Ask "am I being detained?" "No?" "Am I free to go then?"

  • Honesty is the best policy .. yeah Sir I have some weed. "Now your in Jail" .... Yeah Honesty is the best FUCK YOU COP! ..

  • Though the cop had no business doing what he did, by complying, you actually allowed him to do what he did legally. You should not have answered his questions, certainly shouldn't have got out of your vehicle, or allowed him to search your stuff.

  • This cop is high on something.

  • Police and honesty in the same sentence, this is impossible.

  • File a complaint and a lawsuit to change behavior of police this becoming Libya maybe the muslims wil fund terrorist in America to over through the dictators.

  • He is on a fishing expidetion, this is illegal. What did he say to you when he approached the car after you got pulled over? Didn't hear that.

THis is a thug, not a peace officer!

  • The main reason why the police teaches Sunday school classes coach Little League ball teams become Boy Scout leaders. Because children will say anything that goes on in their homes. And a policeman knows how asked questions to get information that the children would not normally give. I do not have anything to hide I don't have small children now but if I had a child they would not be coached or taught by a policeman. Police are armed and retarded and the common enemy of the people.

  • they always ask why are you nervous? umm because a stranger with a badge and gun and several other weapons just pulled me over not knowing if he's having a bad day and intended to use any of those weapons on me and throw me in a cage just to make my day a living hell, thats why i'm nervous

  • Cobb county police are lying power hungry bastards

  • @PaulMFliebler i dont even know but u still get a thums up no mattter wat state ur in

  • @nm4l

Arizona, but I lived in Cobb for a year. Worked at publix off veterans memorial pkwy. The pigs harassed me while I was going to work one day , according to them while I was going to work (15 mins away) from my house I stopped and robbed a house and packed all the loot in my nonexistent bag.

  • The best part of being a martial arts instructor is getting to slam, kick and punch these pussies in class.

  • Good for you, it's pieces of shit like that sorry hump that give the rest of the decent cops a bad name. He's a shrunken penis pouter high on his badge.

  • Piece of shit PIG.

  • Cobb County PD are the #1 corrupt dept in the entire US.

  • your an idiot. he pulls you for speeding thats it.you created the rest by trying to hide the fact you were videoing the stop which made you look nervous & when he noticed that you turn defensive refuseing to coperate which made him more suspisious of you. there was no harassment

  • @sd732010 You must be cop loving piece of shit ball sniffer.

  • @sd732010 So you're saying it's not normal to get nervous when being shaken down by a man with a gun, taser, pepper spray, and baton? People who don't get nervous are naive.

  • or they understand that the person with the badge/ gun are just people with a job to do and if you are polite and cooperative then everything will be fine. the police arent out to get you unless youre doing something wrong. this guy had indicators. nervous, evasive, and uncooperative. that leads any experienced officer to suspect that he is either an asshole, or hes hiding something. you never know who may have just committed a crime. some criminals look like normal decent people on the outside

  • @420991 You are extremely naive to think that. Here is just one example of cops citing people for their quota instead of for doing something wrong: watch?v=rwAQX0SWlhY

And if you don't get nervous around someone with a gun and free rein to do what they want, then you are again naive. If you think being polite or cooperative, then you are misinformed. Here is another video of a law professor AND police detective who say to never talk to the police: watch?v=6wXkI4t7nuc&feature

  • @420991 Also, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Robert H. Jackson was quoted in saying "...any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect in no uncertain terms to make no statement to the police under any circumstances." You can never benefit from talking to the police, regardless what they tell you - never cooperate.

  • @420991 If you *really* believe that many, many cops are not "out to get you" as you say, then you are seriously ignorant. Cops have many, many reasons to be "out to get you" or, anyone they darn well please. Their power often, even most of the time, goes straight to their head and they will dance around the law, and then trample it underfoot for multitudes of reasons. Do not EVER cooperate with the police.

  • LOL Another whiner. What caused you to be stopped anyway ? Perhaps u havent thought to think that in todays world, a cop has to be careful who he approaches. " do i have to let u search me " and " im not gonna answer your questions" is pretty damn stupid thing to say. dont blame your problems on the cop. Your horrid attitude towards the officer is answer enough on what happened and what he said.

  • @dixiewife47 I don't understand your logic. We have no legal obligation to answer any questions, but if we don't then all of a sudden we are suspects? How does that make sense? How about the police get out from hiding behind dumpsters to catch traffic violations to patrolling and actually trying to prevent violent crimes? You know why, because it's easy just to sit and rack up tickets to build your profile then to catch real criminals.

  • @dixiewife47 YOU ARE WRONG! It's not a "damn stupid thing to say," it's your legal RIGHT to refuse a search and to refuse to answer questions or say anything at all to a cop. It's not the victim here with the "horrid attitude," it's this power-hungry, rude cop and YOU! If you really think cops are there for your good & aren't out to get you any way they can while busting the law to do it, you are seriously ignorant.

  • Man everysince we moved out here a year ago. We been harassed by cobb county. They said we had weed in the car. First of all I'm pregnant amd my one year old son was in the car. They act like they have warrants to check our home. Its just a lot staying out here. U can honestly say since we been here for this yeat they jave harassed us 7 times

  • More 4th amendment violations by CCPD. This is getting out of control. CCPD officer shot a GWL holder in May and there wasn't even a gun in the vehicle and the guy was still in the car. What's worse is that the office has hot been fired.

  • Honesty is not the best policy! KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!! is the best policy!

  • you guys are idiots. do you know what it is like to be a cop? everyday they go out there risking their lives to keep you safe. the jerk who made this video should have just cooperated and this would have never happened. his rights were not once violated. i dont understand why people always think so badly of cops they are only looking out for your best interest if you ask me i would have wanted to search the car too you were acting so sketch. get your sh*t together and stop speeding

  • @dea17832 Yes Sir Mr Almighty, we will obey. First off if you want to search people just because you think you have the power to do whatever you want go to Mexico. Meanwhile while you're here in American honor your oath to uphold the constitution. That jack boot cop had no reason to search that guy or his car. He didn't have to answer if he had pot in his car and the cop couldn't assume by him not answering that he did. The cop should be removed from the force and sued.

  • @dea17832 Just cooperate? Like a good little Bundist? The police have drawn the line, not the citizen public.

  • So he didnt say he could search him and he searched him anyway.

  • He knew i hadn't been speeding and didn't say or do the things that police generally say and do on traffic stops.

It does seem like Cobb county has a lot of police officers who are "unfit for authority."

  • Actually I am not opposed to a basic pat-down and would have consented to it if asked. I have no problem with police officers being vigilant and taking reasonable precautions for their own safety.

The thing that bothers me the most about this whole episode is his attitude and apparent motivations. He was behaving like a bully and talking like a con-artist.

I don't know why he thought I might have drugs, perhaps he was simply profiling my age? This did not resemble a traffic stop-he knew I hadn'

  • I would have included before the pat down that you didn't consent to that search but otherwise you did great man. Thank's for standing up for our rights!!!!! too bad you didn't get the officers facial expression im just imaging you two having an awkward staring contest during that long pause of silence hahahha

P.S. why is it i'm always hearing problems about the cobb county police?
