It takes us about 6-8 hours to research, write, record, edit, compress into five different video feeds, and upload the show. And we used to do it every week day for over a year!

Needless to say our professional life suffered because of our hobby. Hence the desire to turn our hobby into our carrier.

Wow, 6-8 hours, no wonder you guys make so many mistakes. Real documentary research takes weeks at least. OK for a 10 minute video lets say days, but you need to have it done by people who are actually scientifically trained, not just people who various pop - sci magazines. You also need to talk to experts. I am not just trying to be mean here, because I like your presentation style, and I think your writing and editing is lively, but you content needs work, it is borderline irresponsible.
