Awesome review, that exactly how I got my first charger, the latch wouldn't line up. So I brought it to the store an they replaced it with a new one, this one works perfectly :)

You could just buy Apple rechargeable batteries. They come with 3 pairs off batteries and you will always have a spare. 2 in your keyboard & mouse and 1 pair charging.
