The Diverse Jamaican Accent!

This is one of the many reasons why I love my Jamaican background, my American accent disappeared when I was 3 years old and has never been heard since then...lol!! I am grateful that I spent alot of my summers in Jamaica as a child, those memories will never leave me.

Thank you for making this video. Being Jamaican in America i have to EXPLAIN to others (including some Jamaicans) that depending on where you live/who you are around etc etc created differences in the Jamaican dialect. It's CRAZY when i hear/read from some Jamaicans that "true Jamaicans" speak "hardcore Patois" &all others who have it with ANY AMOUNT of english OR has it "English washed" are NOT REAL JAMAICANS/fake. THANK you for setting the record. STRAIGHT.
