I was lucky enough to see them in concert last February - SOO entertaining - they're quite funny :)

Yea, everybody talks about it. It's a munchkin hangin from a tree. He didn't like his role in the movie he thought that everyone made him play in the movie just cuz he was a munchkin and he didn't like himself so he hung himself in the movie. Look it up, it's actually true.
