tried demo - wont record sound on a dell computer. call support. they know about issue and suggested I use a patch cable from out to in, but that still would not work reliably. If sound is not important, this a great product. But if you have a new Dell and want sound, it may not work

if you want to record games i'd suggest you download fraps which is specially designed for games so it has the best quality

it depends what game your playing or how fast your computer is really. if fraps is not recording smoothly for you then i would suggest that you turn graphics quality down in whatever game your playing.
