now this is the whole picture:

the client stole the bail money coming in a stolen car with ricky. suddenly there is conflict with ricky. he shot ricky and lost control. then he killed a woman on sidewalk and to gain control started smoking weeds. then he got arrested.

pls correct me if i am wrong.

pretty long charges. but interesting exercise for any law student to learn real life job i.e. understanding the case.
