Actually i'm almost sure that 9500gs will be with DDR2 memory, so definitely take the laptop with 2600XT. If it's XT, than it's DDR3 memory, so it will be a lot faster than that 9500GS(which is basicly the same as 8600GT ddr2). So get the 2600XT.
9500M-GS and 8400M-GS are mobility cards, that means for laptops. So for a PC the only one from these is the 2600XT. Otherwise from worst to best they are : 8400GS (worst), 2600XT, 9500GS (best). At least that's how it should be, but there isn't much info for 9500 Still :)

these 3 cards are laptop ones and not PC and they decide which laptop i`ll buy but i dont know wt is there worst to best order.
again am talking about thier Laptops versions and not PC ones.
