I think it's chilling how the mainstream media has been running a massive smear campaign against the deceased bicyclist. Until I saw the security cam videos on MessMedia I thought that Sheppard had attacked Bryant's car, which is implied in every news story. The news never mentions that Bryant can be seen deliberately ramming Sheppard's bicycle from behind while it is stopped at an intersection, knocking Sheppard onto the hood of the car. Sheppard then grabs the car as it speeds past him.

check the security camera footage on my page. it clearly shows Bryant was the aggressor, Shepard grabbed the vehicle only after Bryant ran him down and drove away.

Michael Bryant is going to have a hard time explaining how he is innocent when the court gets a look at that security cam footage. It shows him repeatedly ramming Sheppard's bike from behind while it was stopped at an intersection.

You can't cheat karma. Michael Bryant is going to be doing some hard time in prison, & once he is behind bars it will be his turn to be repeatedly rammed from behind.

I was distraught by Sheppards death, and after much soul searching, I realized that it was ultimately his own recklessness that put himself in danger, and that same recklessness exists in most toronto cyclists. even nice mannered young ladies riding vintage bikes go right through pedestrians boarding streetcars. the couriers who have fixed gears with brakes have zero intention of stopping at any red light and frequently run down peds
