anybody know what model air-tank valve to use for the book version? i got a 1/8 NPT valve like it says, but dimensions conuse me, mine is 1 5/16 " long, B is 7/16", and C is 3/8" long. They never fire a shot directly into the stands, it is always with a higher angle of attack that way the speed of the projectile has time to dissipate and by the time the projectile begins to fall it lands in the stands and has no time to reach terminal velocity so no one can get hurt. In short, it's just stupid to use direct fire.

it pretty simple, you need kinda like what he has for a barrel and chamber but the chamber only needs to be about 1-2 feet long and have a screwing end on it. then affix a BBQ sparker on to a end cap that fits on to your chamber and your set. i like to sharpen the ends of the barrel so you can cut a potato to the perfect size of each barrel, if you get a barrel smaller than the average potato it works better. now all you do is load a potato, or shove one in and it looks more like a core,

setup a guage after an electric air pump with a shutoff valve. Then you have one that will generate air much easier, tell you how much pressure you have, and allow you to de-tach the pump if needed.
