But Vaness inspired me to be a stronger Christian and i believe he's just carrying out the great works of God. God definitely have a purpose in Vaness when he does all these interviews.. We all don't know how he feels exactly, but i know that a person like Vaness will glorify God to the most high.

Ohmigosh, i was watching Autumn's Concerto and i was asking god why he brought me to this drama and he finally brought to this one website saying Vanness is a believer and i was like no way!! and then i came upon this 1040 which before hand i was technically working on, trying to find a way to host this movie in my town. Wow i finally found what i was looking for why VanNess? Thank You GOD!!! I was sort of lacking, not following though on the movie, but now i have another reason to try again.

Anyways, the main thing is, IMHO, that Vanness found the answer in God. I honestly don't think someone would become a Christian, as it isn't exactly cool nor fun, without having experienced the love of Christ. Seeing him trying to change his lifestyle, sharing his testimony, and wearing his love for God on his sleeve, is what's out of the ordinary. And maybe it's what skeptics out there should wonder about.

He seems so different from his character in Meteor Garden. You can see in this interview (yay in English!!) that he's intelligent and articulate, and yet a person with weaknesses and disappointments with life, just like everyone else. Well, Meteor Garden was based on a comic, so I guess it didn't have much scope for depth and meaningfulness. I have seen Vanness in Autumn's Concerto, and it's surprising how many parallels there seems to be in his role and his life.

You can see humility and just a sense of content and satisfaction with where he is...these are not things money or fame can buy.
