  • Why did a read autoboob?

  • I have one, in my wish list.

  • That's a V12 Vantage. not a DBS. the only DBS is the DBS coupe.

  • @techcrazy97 No its clearly a DBS the v12 vantage is smaller much smaller

  • is it autotoob or auto noob?? :|

  • i'm going to own one one day

  • Comment removed

  • Why did I read "AUTOBOOB" in the intro ??

  • When he said $265,000... I stopped the video. I think ill stay with my civic :(

  • I like the paint job and the seats but the carbon additions and the fancy wheels just look tacky more for the american and asian markets not cricket as we say

  • I know a lot of people pointed it out, but the paddles on a proper sports car are exactly where they are positioned on this... on the steering column. The LFA, the GT-R, the DBS, the 599, the Aventador... all on the steering column. BMW and Porsche have been putting them on the wheel itself and while it's not too bad for daily driving and the occasional on the road fun, it's no bueno on a track.

  • I just saw this car in the neighborhood 15 mins ago and i couldn't stop smiling looking at the beauty of it !! JUST TOO BEAUTIFUL !

  • watch to door at 4:05

  • proper sports cars have the paddles attached to the stock of the wheel, not the wheel itself. Aston Martin got it right, you have it wrong.

  • this dude looks like he has a couple of bodies in the trunk.

  • Ever seen a proper race car with the paddle shifters attached to the steering wheel? Neither have I

  • @kevy213 Word!

  • Best looking car ever!

  • A Porsche 911 Turbo S is 550bhp with 0-60 times sub 3 sec levels and will blow the doors off the DBS.

  • @Truemoderate Aston Martin are not race cars, they are luxury grand tourers. Just compare the interiors of the two. Plus Porsches are fucking ugly!

  • @NottinghamForest22 I saw a DBS the just this past weekend and GOD what a beautiful car. Pictures do not show just how low and wide that beast is, and that roof line! I was comparing the 911 to the DBS and you are correct the DBS is not a sports car, its a grand tourer like the Maserati GranCabrio, the 911 is good looking but that Panamera is butt UGLY!

  • @Truemoderate the 911 GT2 RS looks nice but yeah, I don't know what they were thinking with the Panamera.

  • A beautiful car.

  • beautiful.

I do hope he cleaned his grubby pawprints of that dashboard ;D

  • 6L V12,what a sick engine!!!!

  • I want one of these in navy blue, and a convertible...even more "spuscial".

  • porsche sucksssss!!! aston all the wayyy

  • I crashed this car once......on gt5.

  • @lukamotiv Theirs no DBS in GT5 just a DB9.

  • lol this guy is terrible.. a sports car should have its shifter on the steering wheel.. go review the camry or the corolla. You don't even deserve a used Porsche Boxster to review

  • @prodigy1210 Who says that a sports/super car has to be paddle shift. You need to learn more about cars, just because you like paddle shift dosent me that its better.

  • @RWW124 I was just retyping what he said. Having the paddles on the steering wheel is stupid as they move and become hard to reach in a turn. I am a purist and will always choose a manual transmission. All my cars are manuals and always will be.

  • @prodigy1210 Ohh, thanks for the clarification. I agree, if I had the money I would get the one with the manual stick shift.

  • @RWW124 You and me both, bud

  • @prodigy1210 Why would you want to change gears in a corner!?! You'll lose traction.

  • What a Fantastic Review. - Shit I mean fantastic display of experience. This is such a great Video, there are no Bond quips, the guy is completely relaxed in driving that unlike some of the other younger users who can see have this child grin and sweat. It's nice to have a guy who makes this review from the heart and not reading the buzz words from a script.

  • @shanesauto

He did!!! Kyle did review this and it was an awesome review. Check it out if u haven't already.

  • Did he mean SL65??!

  • two back seats are made for sex AKA Grand Fucking

  • one day :'(

  • ill take 2. send it to me in israel

  • @bobbyoty

    fuck you israels

    010

  • this guy, is a cock rocket

  • @34sgtpepper hes just doing his job you sexy fuck

  • Fuck this, I'm going to the "2011 BMW M3 Review" video, even though I came from there(:

  • where can i get one? i have one very small asto martin dealership here in vancouver bc

  • Resting your weight on the widow after crashing your watch into it is not cool. If you touch the glass on my car, you will suffer, a slow and painful .......

  • Id rather if saabkyle04 reviewed it.

  • "attached to the steering wheel like a proper sports car should be"? i guess ferraris lambos gtrs evos etc all have it wrong. only cars that have attached paddle shifters are mercedes porsches and bmws.

  • Yeah, $280k for 500hp and a bad tranny? Keep it, I would rather have a GTR or ZR1. Why does this car cost so much? I like the elegance, but why is elegance costing ppl $280k?

  • @joshuatree1001 He just said that they really addressed the transmission problem with the touchtronic.

  • once i was driving this car ... then i had t wake up for school !

  • Its to expensive and to slow but i want one and the carbon fiber peices outside are on the base

  • I want it! (O_O), what was the estimate price again?

  • alot of cash for 500hp

  • @mustang4sho facepalm... americans...

  • il est lourdingue le commentateur!!!

  • Does anyone else feel that steering wheel mounted paddle shifters can be a safety hazard in the wrong hands?

  • @radicalgarbage02 That's why they're always mounted on the column.

  • awesome clothing dude xD

  • This was not meant to be a review. But merely an opportunity to share my experience in fullfilling a life-long dream of driving a vehicle like this. Aston Martin DBS- Carbon black edition.

  • @ten90z how can a V12 be a muscle car? Clearly isn't

  • A gentleman's muscle car

  • he realy shouldnt be i an aston martin he should be doing reviews on vw dunbuggys or wutever

  • If this guy knows anything about "proper sports cars" he would know that the paddle shifters are suppose to be mounted on the steering column, not steering wheel.

  • @ltrebl yep...cause when the steering wheel is turning you can't always know which paddle downshifts and which one upshifts

  • @ltrebl they actually are if you ever watched gran turismo racing there attached to the steering wheel so when they turn the wheel the shifters go with them

  • he his his watch on the glass @ 4:03 this guy has no idea what hes talking about a porsche 911 would kill that car off the lights. this channel should be called autonoob.

  • @technews64 no porche would not beat it of the light that i know dbs goes straight no spin will at all.

  • The name is Bond...James Bond.

  • I kinda liked that these cars came with the 'old klunky' transmission.

  • @seongoh well if you bought the porsche you wouldn't get half as many bitches as you would in the Aston Martin.

  • @twinz4life1 porsches looks ugly apart from the gt3 rs

  • wick'd !

  • What the Hell dose this throwback from 50 lard ass he dont evean fit in thes cars

  • he said 911 and not 911 turbo. turbo would eat it all day...but i still would rather be seen in a dbs when its over.

  • @twistedtoobe it wouldnt and the 911 is ugly

  • i swear GT really stands for Grand Tourer and not Grand Tourismo.

    Great car though.

  • @joshascott your right it is grand tourer...this guy is an idiot...his watch ever hit the window at 4:03

  • When I drive this then I've made it.

  • @ancoloco or you stole somebodys car key :P

  • @GE0RGEBUSH LOL.

  • I did not even know this brand existed..

  • @wotltkfkdgo welcome to the world of Power Beauty and Soul my friend

  • this guy is a tool, who wants paddle shifters attached to the steering wheel

  • The car is epic the guy doing this review is a fucking noob

  • If I was going to buy an Aston it would be this!!!

  • no car has paddles attached to wheel?!?

  • @SummerTheFuzzy enzo ferrari and my dad mercedes i thnk

  • dudes a kook

  • Paddle shift away from beating a 911 Turbo? I liked the review, but he ruined it by this ridiculous comment.

  • this guy is a dummy

  • Car looks gorgeous. But it's not the type of car you want to be driving. These type of rare cars if you park it outside anything can happen. Some jelous prick can key scratch it out of jelousy or someone can break a window out of jelousy. Happened to a person in my neigbhorhood driving a blue lambo spyder. When he had his top up and the car was parked across the street from his OWN home, someone broke the window with a a rock.

  • @jetliigor well to be fair its the owners fault. if he valued his car he should have had it in the garage with the roof up not in the street.

  • my dream !!!!!!!!!

  • It would have been nice if you could have shown one full shot of the rear side of the car. Seriously wtf.

  • this dumbass does know that the 0 to 60 time in the dbs is nowhere near the 911 turbo right?? its over a second slower to 60......smh

  • @latinohalfzie18 He did not say the turbo version.

  • @DotsOnALine the 911 gt3 is faster the gt2 is faster and when thinking of a 911 those are the ones that matter along with the turbo

  • @DotsOnALine the 911 turbo, gt3, and gt2 are faster and when thinking of a 911 those are the cars that matter. in comparison to the gt style this car is beat by the california, the 599, and FF which are all considered a gt

  • @latinohalfzie18 Still didn’t say turbo.

  • @DotsOnALine cool

  • @DotsOnALine cool

  • i will rate this review at 5.5 cut.

  • You would get this car for the same reason you would buy a Z06 over a faster tuned honda civic. Its all about class, if you got the money why the hell not.

  • @DotsOnALine lmao yeah the zo6 is the pinnacle of class..hahaha

  • @amathew711 Compared to a honda, ya.

  • @DotsOnALine a z06 cost 80k. you honeslty think of z06 when you think of class? for 80k? shit your an idiot.

  • @amathew711 Ya I ment just a regular corvette, 45k. Im just used to saying zo6 when I think of corvette, lol.

  • @DotsOnALine yeah it doesnt matter. i would buy a used late model m3 for that money. it actually has a decent interior, insane performance and is somewhat practical. not to mention a quite a bit refined and much more classy. basically everything a low end corvette isnt.

  • @amathew711 In my opinion I would rather buy a used z06. If I where looking for a performance car I wouldn’t be worried about practicality. I would be worried about badassery. M3 is a great car but the corvette is going to turn heads. Now that I think about it I should have used badassery instead if class.

  • @DotsOnALine i cant rmr the last time my i turned my head to see a corvette. but maybe thats just me. btw a used z06 is still more than a new m3..lol..ur prolly a nine year old since you used "badassery" and the fact that you think corvettes are that cool. so imma stop replying, ,have a nice life.

  • @amathew711 You have a nice life as well :)

  • nice car but for 200k less a base model Z06 would blow this car away... so what is the point?

  • @puffrooster no it wouldnt. there are millions of reason why you would choose an aston over a better. build quality, sound and many many other reasons. i think its foolish comparing a corvette to an aston. the corvette is a V8 sports car....the DBS is a V12 supercar and better in every way especially with its looks. the DBS costs more for the simple fact that its worth more end of.

  • @ShanesAutos I was talking about track performance, specifically, relative to the price; but I understand your point. Class isn't as important to me as zero - sixty & performance, plus, money is an object for most of us so our choices are limited. I can afford a new Z06 or a used V8 Vantage, but I want the best of both worlds and I need something reliable so I'm gonna get an XKR-S; it can't outrun the Vette but it will take the Vantage. Not as sexy as the Vantage but more unique than the Vette.

  • My dream too sir... my dream too...

  • Imma get a Job at McDonalds as a Cashier and Imma buy this

  • i love aston martin

  • WOW I JUST learned WHAT GT MEANT TODAY THANKS GUY THAT HIT HIS WATCHE ON THE window at 4.04

  • Manual tranny is the way to go on a car like this. I hate paddle shifters. but thats why u can choose.

  • "this wasn't a review, but merely a commercial.... thanks for watching"

  • i love the jaeger-le coultre watch that AM offers to DBS existing and new owners. the watch is capable of locking and unlocking the car and even turn on/off the lights by just touching it. the sad thing is owners have to buy it for 30 grand.

  • woooooooow this ryd is 22222222222222 guud

  • v12 only 500ish hp? werid

  • I'll take a normal DBS in black with the manual so I have something to drive more often than the 458 Italia.

  • He hits the glass with his watch at 4:03

  • thumbs up for this guy , i never look at american reviews because they are not good . ( so i always go to top gear ) but this guy is really good

  • can you drive this car full automatic ( like the bentley ) ?

  • Okay I don't mean to be a prick but turismo is italian for touring not trip. Also, the Aston is a British car so it's just a grand touring. No need to say it in Italian.

  • why would you want to change gears while turning??

  • Good review. Keep up the good work.

  • one of the best review 4real

  • Blablablabla SHUT UP!!!

  • Save $100k and get the new Porsche 911 turbo. A better car at a cheaper price...

  • @sirtechy No!

  • @sirtechy true, very true. Better reliability as well. dbs is very nice though!

  • @luckyceltic69 Porsche 911 turbo is the King of all sports cars... It can out maneuver a Bugati, Astom Martin, Lambo... Its the ultimate car for donuts, corners, and getaways :0

  • @sirtechy very true. I think the aston looks cooler. 911 turbo is still a very appealing car as well. both great.

  • @sirtechy you should feel embaressed saying that.

  • @FelixZR1 i am a year younger than you and i am feeling exactly the same, or maybe i will get the v12 vantage instead. i dunno! its sooo hard to choose from :)

  • Comment removed

  • @FelixZR1 are you trying to take advantage off me?

  • Comment removed

  • @FelixZR1 you do have a short fuse. jeez it was some sort of miss-understanding, cunt. why the fuck cant you get it? i wasn't trying to cause an argument at all you massive bell-end. i assume you must have no friends. anyways i am working hard in school to go into uni to start off my music career. whereas you just spend time on youtube looking at car porn and a few years later, you end up in wallmart and having to own an ancient fwd buick, good luck bastard.

  • @FelixZR1 thank god aston dont import the v12 vantage to the US so wankers like you wont 'cum' about it. fuck off

  • VERY WELL DONE VIDEO!!! BRAVO!!!

  • Paddle shifters are not supposed to be attached to the steering wheel, its actually much better for them to be fixed. Much better for coming out of a turn or going into a turn.

  • @socratesRAM thank you for saying that

  • @socratesRAM no when you move the steering wheel your both hand also move sideways so the paddle shifters needs to be close to your hand ... if its not attached to the steering wheel you need to move one hand to down shifts or up shifts while your in a turn

    sorry -1

  • @Verification11 Lets look at this logically! You are turning the wheel, you pass 180 degrees if not more so. You cannot comfortably hold on to the steering wheel let alone control a turn while still leaving your hands in the same posistion. The paddles will then be somewhere unfamiliar to you on the wheel. Although it takes just a fraction of time to find them, having them fixed proves to be more efficient and appropriate in terms of hard cornering. My Ferrari has shown me how annoying my M3 is.

  • @socratesRAM a stick is the only way to go with the m3 - trade it for a stick and you'll be much happier

  • @socratesRAM So if you're half way out of a bend and need to shift up, how are you supposed to shift without taking at least one hand off the wheel and feeling for the paddle?

  • @socratesRAM I like them attached

  • @socratesRAM Surely they'd be better attached to the steering wheel an move with it that way you always have them at your fingertips, no?

  • @M5IAN Not when turning the wheel lol. Only F1 cars can utilize the paddle shifters on the steering wheel because of how little they have to turn the wheel for even their sharpest turns. My experience is with my M3 and with my 599, having them on the column is much better, perhaps in a straight line I could see them being more easily accessible, but all around I prefer them on the column.

  • @socratesRAM Ok. BTW you have all those cars and can't afford a decent camera to film them with?

  • @M5IAN Blackberry ;) never owned a camera, and just when I thought the blackberry torch had a decent camera... I was wrong! lol. When i switch to an I phone i'll let ya know!

  • very very impressive

  • you know... Ferraris have their paddles attached to the steering column and not the wheel as well... so a Ferrari isn't a proper sports car?

  • Maybe an X6M will be at the stop light.

  • I like the review. But if a new Porsche 911 Turbo came up next to this at a stop light, I wouldn't race it.

  • @seongoh yes lol

  • @seongoh

Ya but its cool, the 911 wont have any girls in it, or when it hits a pothole the drivers spine will break

  • @seongoh I wouldnt race it, but i wouldve be a hell of a lot happier than im in a beautiful unique aston then a dime a dozen porsche lol

  • @seongoh yeah because that would land u in jail

  • @seongoh It's true, but you'd still look better even in losing.

  • @seongoh ranges and apples - did you idiots not hear what he stressed like 10 million times ... IT'S A "GT" - and that car will move if you know how to drive

  • @seongoh but he would look like a noob but you would look like a fat middle aged james bond :)
