  • Great video - I went from 6+ hours for a MPG2 encode down to 45 minutes using my new 460GTX.

  • @100daadood I would update PP first if you are going to update.

  • @100daadood watch my video on how to use any card for cuda. Just click my channel and look for it.

  • iaremrsir I have one question for you did you have to update Premiere Pro CS5 to make it work? I am trying to make it work with GTX460 it suppose to support CUDA

I read in Adobe website that they have an update 5.0.2 update to support CUDA. How could you Premiere able to change to Accelerate GPU and I cant

  • cool, great informative video.

    Good job.

  • @cinetechgeek thank you. hope it gave insight to what it would run like on your machine and im glad if it helped you at all.

  • @brokenornamentsjaby if I said 460 my bad. The 460 should take an extremely heavy load off your CPU.

  • @brokenornamentsjaby Haha my bad on the 495. I knew it was close to it. I have a gtx 260 with 896 mb of ram I believe.

  • up until you said 495 as a GTX card, I was impressed by the vid lol... still good for showing me what I could expect from a GTX460 in my system, being I got a quad core and 4 gb ram... what version do u have 1GB on 768MB??
