Judging from past cup winners I'd say no. Hell, Oilers and Hurricanes both missed the playoffs and they were both in the finals last year. The times are changing in the NHL which makes it harder to repeat. But at least this year the Ducks will probably bring the cup back to the Western conf. I was kind of hoping the Sabres and Wings in the finals but both teams blew that one. So all I can do now is cheer for the west!

yeah...any head shot isn't clean. Doesn't matter what you hit them with. For instance, Neil going after McDonald. Neither were clean shots. Then there is last nights game where Alfredson does the classless act of shooting the puck right at another player at the end of the period. Plenty of dirty plays on both sides...then you have the Sentator diving team flopping all over the ice. I just want them to play the game

I saw plenty of tape and the guys upstairs need to stick with how they call what a direct kicking motion is. Earlier against Detroit, I believe, they did not allow a goal that was less clear against the Ducks. They need to get the rule straight.

I agree Pronger can get a little crazy with some of his shots and should be more cautious, but as a team, they deserve the silver God and WILL take this series in 5 or 7 at home like they deserve.
