Maybe that's because that cut of the theme is from the same news music package that WCBS uses, Enforcer by Gari Communications. The cut used in the video here is what WBBM CBS 2 in Chicago currently uses for their newcast closes. It's not a bad cut but it's hard to tell here since WBBM's closes are so short these days, you only get to hear the last 5-10 seconds of it.
It looks great! I am from Los Angeles..I love to visit NYC but with this video it feels like I don't even have to go there. It's just like taking me there through a great video. Love the music too! It fits in very well. Thank you for bringing this video to us!

Actually WBBM doesn't use this cut. They use an in-house custom edit.
