They should not even allow anyone on a bicycle to get onto a train, these people have no regard for the other passengers rights and their comfort. These people should be beaten by the riot police. They could even be prosecuted under the terrorist act because this is public test Tatian that they are compromising and trying to harm other people.
Well, forgive me for sounding a little cold, but even with a Gallery train there wouldn't have been enough space for everybody.
On the Surfliners the standard trainset has six bike racks, sometimes nine, sometimes three... When Saturday rolls around we get multiple groups of 30+ bikes biking together from Orange County then riding the train back up, and it's always an argument. I comiserate with the Conductor there, I hate turning people away, but I don't have a choice.
